Biden discusses mask mandate and vaccine distribution with bipartisan group of governors

President-elect Joe Biden discussed a national mask mandate, plans to distribute a coronavirus vaccine and the need to help cash-strapped states Thursday in a meeting with Republican and Democratic governors.
